Alabama Stays At No. 1 While Georgia Surges to No. 2 in Latest AP Poll

 

After one weekend of college football, the AP Top-25 has a major shakeup at the top. No. 1 Alabama ran roughshod on Miami in their season opener to retain the top spot, but teams 2-5 got a facelift after Georgia’s big win against Clemson. Here’s where they stand with the first games in the books.
