Chacin Throws Fire as Brewers Shut out Dodgers, 4-0
The last time Jhoulys Chacin pitched in Los Angeles (Aug. 2), the Dodgers hung 21 points on the Brewers. Chacin wasn’t about to let that happen in the playoffs. The Brewers took care of L.A. 4-0 in Game 3 to take a 2-1 series lead.
Chacin pitched a shutout into the 6th inning with six strikeouts and just three hits. Four Brewer arms came in to close the deal down the stretch.
Ryan Braun and Travis Shaw smacked in runs in the 1st and 6th innings for a 2-0 lead. Orlando Arcia rocked a two-run shot to right field for the insurance runs in the 7th inning.
