Blake Snell (and the Rays) Just Keep Winning
Snell pitched a one-hitter and secured his 20th win of the season (league best) in the Rays' 4-0 win over the Rangers. Tampa Bay is 13-3 in its last 16 games and 35-19 since the All-Star break. They're now just six games out of the AL Wild Card spot.
Cards Close Gap on Brewers
The Cardinals smashed the Braves, 8-1, while the Brewers fell to the Reds, 3-1. Cards now within two games of the Brewers and a game in control of the Wild Card.
